Is anyone else going to silverstone this weekend...?

Yes we will be competing in a V8 Vantage 1981 in both the championship and intermarque race, car number 009 in Gulf colours, come and introduce yoursleves we will be in the pit garages.

There on Friday and Sat, testing the GT3 and GT4 on Fri and in the GT4 championship and Intermarque on Saturday. Looks like 13 cars entered for the 90min cup race. Dave Richards and Rowan Atkinson out as well.

Is it a good day out folks? What kind of time does it all kick off?

Not an AM owner, but been attending AMOC meetings for almost 20 years. St John Horsfall meeting is superb, although for the spectator Silverstone is a less edifying circuit than, say, Oulton Park. If you're sufficiently interested, I can post up some photos of last year's event. I also have quite a few from last year's Oulton meeting if that helps offer some flavour of the meetings. I understand the Ellis GT700R will be racing - that's worth a trip in itself!
