Quick Audi S3 p/x valuation please

Can some kind soul bid me in the balls and give me an idea what I might get for my S3 should I get shot - quick cash sale or possible a p/x against something uber practical - £6k's worth of L200 for example before I decide whether to let the ex buy it at a bargain price.

Full black leather
146k miles
FSH (main dealer or specialist)
Cambelt done on 80k
Will soon need a couple of tyres and tracking
Alloys could do with a refurb
Front end stone chipped (what do you expect - 146k of motorway miles!)
One minor scrape (chips away job) on wheel arch
Good runner, genuine reason for sale blah blah
