Lost keys removeable steering boss

When I bought my car it came without the keys for the removable steering wheel boss and it is locked on.

It is the one with two 'pins' at 3 and 9 O'clock that pull out.

I'd quite like to remove it for security and to ease access.

Does anyone know the make or if it's possible to buy replacement keys?

Failing that I guess I drill the locks out.
