Ford V6 engine

can anyone tell me, did the V6 come already assembled from ford or did TVR put it together. cheers mark

but why does 2,9l engine have 20HP more than in a ordenary ford scorpio for example?
is it only the different exhaust?

I'm sure it's only 8BHP more (168BHP), and that's mainly down to the exhaust manifolds.
