Oh i'm always getting the urge to hop back on a bike and head out for a run but every time I do the memories of my head hitting the front of the lorry come flooding back and i quickly forget about heading out. It a very effective form of aversion therapy! lol!

I'm always keen to have a nosey round a bike tho!

Have not forgotten but unfortunately I tend to bog off all over the place at amoments notice (as I'm sure james will confirm) I will check tomorrow that I still have a bike alarm at my disposal and give you a shout.
