I know this may not apply to this gent here but I have a friend who is in the army and whenever he goes out he uses the "I've been in Afgan serving this country" line as an excuse to be a total , and to be fair i've seen this a fair bit where I live.

They start troble and expect people to bow down to them and let their antics go unpunished as they have served in Afgan.

I have huge respect for all the men and women over there and I know it is a small percentage of them that act in the way described above.
