Nothing especially weird (I hopelaugh), but if I see a rare / interesting car then I'll usually feel the need to tell my passenger some dull fact or information about it. They never care, sadly.

The dump valve bit is particularly worrying.

I always picture the route I'm taking as thouhg it was a race track, and occassionally find myself describing the line i would be taking and the actions of my feet at any given point on my 'race track'

I sometimes comment to my missus in an airline pilot style voice I.e we are cruising 3 feet above the ground at x mph and our eta is at 8.17 local time before advising the local weather is balmy/raining etc

The speed limit reminder in the MINI is set to 85 MPH and when it goes off it sounds just like the fasten seatbelt bing.
Which them prompts me to remind people to put their seatbelt on. paperbag

When the OH starts complaining about my driving i just start making tyre screechy noises over her talking.

Do the window thing and explaining to the gf about what a nice car's just driven past.

Also always insist on taking the 'racing' line but keeping within my lane, and even on slow urban roads when I'm doing 30...

Yeah do this when I spot the car in time! Come rain, sleet or snow I don't care.

I do remember at the tender age of 18, maybe 19, almost losing a job due to pulling over during my journey to work (which I was already late for) when i saw for the first time a TVR Sagaris. In black, with N666 HEX on the numberplate.

At this stage I wasn't quite as into cars as I am now, and whilst aware of the TVR brand I had never even seen a picture of the Sagaris as it had only just come out.

I don't think I'll ever forget that day, I remember being so excited as I pulled up to what, as far as I was aware at this stage, could ONLY be the car of the devil himself! Then seeing the vents in the bonnet, sideways exhausts and what appeared to be a piece of plastic for a spoiler, I was hooked!

One day!
