Breaking up an MP3....

Yesterday I downloaded the Entire Dire Straits Alchemy Album.

Problem is, it will burn to a CD as 1 track, I want to break it up into it different.

Whats the best software to use??

I haven't got the first idea about this.

Did it come as an Albumwrap file (ALBW) ?
These are still a valid single mp3 file, but you can run the albumwrap extractor and get the individual tracks out.
