Anyone else like E21s?

So much classier than E30 or E36s imho. I remember being in a new one as a kid (my dad had a Datsun 100A) and I felt like a lord.

It looks to be in great nick and prices have gone up as only the decent ones remain. A decade back you could buy 323is as budget bangers with a year's MOT on and in decent running nick. In fact I did just that. A nice little car to throw about on slippy roads. I always liked them after one of my friends bought a Hartge tuned oned a decade prior to that

That is daft money. Beautiful car though.

I've been pining for one again recently. My last one was a late 323i about 5 or 6 years ago. So many have been parted out or rotted away.
Older BM's are certainly commanding more of a premium than they did several years ago.

My dad used to have a canary yellow 316 with alley cat wheels.

I absolutely loved that car! Almost as much as he did! E21 are lovely lovely lovely.

Off topic he also had a couple of 2002s which I loved.

Before deciding on getting an E30 I thought about an E21. IMO they can look stunning but need the Alpina wheels, bodykit and a good colour to pull it off.
