Possible Spot - Garlick ???

Richmond Park, Tues 18th May, about 17:50, cruising round in the TVR trying to spot people already out in their new PH shirts.

(It was the right car, and there can't be that many of them in the South West London area can there?)

I snapped a spoke last night, so won't be able to use my shirt until it's fixed. Poo.

Not me I'm afraid, I was in the 944 yesterday.

I was in the park on the bike a little later though. Shame about the spoke, what happened?

To be fair, the roof was up, and it was sunny, so I wasn't sure it would be you!

I stood up to unleash the power up the steep hill, heard a "doink" as the spoke went, then a "shh shh shh" of the wheel on the frame. This was closely followed by a rescue phone call, a 40 minute walk to the car park in socks, and 30 mins waiting for the missus to find her way to Richmond Park in the car.

I have the wheel under my desk, and I'll take it to a bike shop at lunchtime. Can't wait to get my new shirt though!

There is another green one around Teddington area as I've seen it a few times. First time I saw it on a normal plate I thought "bugger me is that garlick selling another car" but it wasn't him, the guy was much younger.

The bike is 6 years old, has done a lot of miles, and I'm a fat knacker, so I guess something was going to give.
