I've had the Z roadster since April 09, It's spent the last 9 months in London and has picked up so many random dinks and scratches from utter tools when parked I'm going to have to consider a full respray in the not too distant future.

I have 3 corners of the car that have been hit in car parks (no dents only scuffs) frown Only one person came forward. A tiny dent in each drivers door from muppets opening theirs into it. A scratch across the bonnet from fk knows what and one on the passenger side rear wing that looks like some fat wearing sandpaper has scratched their arse on it. To go with that some discolouration of paint across the boot.

Being Midnight Blue it covers it well so not in any rush... I'm thinking of respraying it pearlescent white (maybe the platinum white from my old s2000) but can't find any pics that confirm it won't look turd wink - anyone got any pics of similar colour changes or ideas of other colours a bit unusual that will look good and not chav?

Cheers

Since if you have it resprayed it will just get ruined by mongoloids again why not just have a vinyl wrap done until such a time it won't be in London?

The wrap will still get damaged but will protect the paint and is cheaper to repair.

I thought about that but I've just signed another 2 year lease on a place in town and I won't be keeping it another 2 years. I'll probably wait until after the summer, get the respray and use it as a weekend toy rather than commute in it which should minimise the risk.
