Tried a search, couldn't find much.

Has anyone got any experience of printing flags? I want to do a couple of custom designs.

I've had a couple of quotes but they're only viable if you get hundreds done. A single flag print ends up being about £80.

You can buy blank flags on eBay for about a fiver, decent size too, 5' * 3', I was thinking about doing a bit of a home made job on them, stencilling/spraying whatever. Doesn't really matter if it looks a bit crap, the "distressed" look might be quite cool! Trouble is, they're 100% polyester, and apparently it's very awkward to get anything to stay on polyester. Screen printing seems to be the only way.

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated! Cheers!

I guess you could sew your design on, if you have no luck with paint/printing?

2x custom print T-shirts in the largest size you can get, cut to a rectangle and stick to each side of some cheap flag?
