Fellow Owners..

This weekend I am going to loose my stepper motor virginity and clean it the first time myself (4l Chimaera P plate).

I was wondering what advice/stories/reccomendations you would have?

I know you will all say "Do a thread search!" but I have started a new job and am trying to keep surfing PH to a minimum (for the time being ) So any links to threads etc would be a great help, and I can look after hours. Don't want to get caught skiving in my first week

Thanks everyone
Mike

easy, you know where its located I assume. Unplug the connectors, stick a spanner on the motor. Turn anticlockwise to undo. Take a piece of rag, dip in white spirit, clean top of motor, reassemble. With the right spanner, it takes 30 seconds
