Will you get the Kinslers under the windscreen scuttle?

I had to ditch mine as the engine sits so far back in my Sagaris that there was no way I'd get any form of air box on them under the scuttle.

Yours are presumably ex Mosler LS6? Lovely bits of kit - cast magnesium. Broke my heart having to take them off the engine and spend money on something inferior - a FAST intake and single 90mm TB. Mind you, that engine is now scrap anyway, and the new one has heads that are incomaptible with the Kinslers anyway....

I have at least 2.5" above my fast at any point, so will chop the trumpets to the minimum. I will be making a cold airbox using the original intake.

Are they the rotating cylinder type of throttles which have no restriction when fully open?

So does that mean another new cam from Thunder to with the intake?

??? Does the ITB require you to get new fuel rails and injectors or can you fit your current ones to it?

In any case it will make an awesome setup to another level of terrifying (to mere mortals)!

The main reason for going ITB route is because i cannot completely cure the shunt at really low rpm, because the valve overlap is so big, and with a single plenum it breathes its own fumes..

So..
these ITB's will "hopefully" allow me the best of both worlds, plus get this..
The last time this engine builder put em on a cammed only LS7 he picked up circa 90bhp!!! and power everywhere..

ETA fuel rails and injectors are with it.

Will have a rolling road sesh to remap as it is sooo different, the map will be way out, i have also gone up 25% on injectors with the new MOPAR stuff that came with them.

I'm guessing you'll be an extremely happy badger if you end up with 100bhp/litre !!

I thought some of the benefit with a large overlap cam was from not having a shared plenium!?
Arnt you turning it back into the equivalent of the GM or Fast intakes? Afterall the new LSX102 has individual trumpets... they just share a common plenium..
