Most annoying super car design, ahem, "issues"?
Discussion
Pretty much every supercar (or at least those from 10+ years ago or older!) has at least one, if not several, design flaws...or character-adding features if you will that really shouldn't be present on what were/are vastly expensive cars of their time. They don't make us love the cars any less, but by god to they piss us off sometimes
What design/engineering muppetry does your particular car have that make it more "special" to own?!
I'll kick thing off:
F355 Spider: why oh why oh why does it not have a single wipe feature on the stalk?! Why do I have to switch the wipers on, then off again immediately?! And while we're on the subject, why is the difference between fastest intermittent wipe and lowest intermittent wipe about 0.3 secs per wipe over something like 4 settings?!
Porsche 996 911: errrrrrm, nope.....I'll come back to that later.....
Maserati 4200 CC: Italian electronics meaning traction/stability control set on normal/comfort still allows you to properly break traction at the rear wheels in a straight line when shifting from 2nd to 3rd at max rpm on a damp road....that does not make me comfortable!! And results bad stains on the seat!
Porsche 996 911: errrrrrrm........................oh, I've got something - there's the teeny little light on the door that illuminates when it's open. Unfortunately, it's about as much use as tits on a fish. Really, what was the point?!
Whatch'all got?!

Ferrari testarossa - long overhang at the front combined with a very low front spoiler means that it grounds out nearly everywhere !
I've done it coming out of pertol stations, driving into my mothers drive (which has nearly no camber), going over speed humps and the inevitable car parks.
Luckily no damage done other than underside scrapes which I have had repaired. The only problem now is that I'm very wary about taking it anywhere where there's a small incline !

just had a look t your profile pic, no kidding about the overhang and spoiler!I've done it coming out of pertol stations, driving into my mothers drive (which has nearly no camber), going over speed humps and the inevitable car parks.

SLR - what's all that beeping about? I'm sure it's trying to tell me something, just not sure what it is......
Ford GT - if you are tallish DUCK or your head will get chopped off when you shut the door....
430 - don't try and reverse up a hill and round a corner at the same time, doesn't want to know....

!
5 years ago i wound down the ride hight on the 355 and suffer from that all the time. In fact i repair my front bumper every winter.!
You should maybe wind yours up a little, my Testarossa did not suffer this as much as my 355 does.

F430 - the horn built into the steering wheel meaning passers by are alerted to every three point turn!
Oh, that's just reminded me of another one!F355 - the sound the horn makes is ridiculous, sounds like it should be on a Kia Picante or something, it is truly embarrassing having to use it.
O/T: is the horn a simple/cheap thing to change?!

here you go then- design flaws of a 996:
ahem.... Rear main oil seal.... ahem! (fortunately has not been a problem on mine)
Fuel tank is horseshoe shaped to go over the front diff; consequently, once you dip below half a tank, the remaining fuel is calculated by the on board computer. You can't do a splash and dash at the pertol station if you want the newly added fuel to register on the fuel gauge...
a few buttons are completely hidden behing the steering wheel
The 80;'s style phone is constantly knocked off it's cradle by the passenger's leg, and would be way too embarassing to use anyway
If the battery goes flat, it's a right royal PITA to access the dud battery and get some charge into it
Kickplates trap water and cause rust spots- not covered by the Porsche anti-corrosion warranty despite these kickplates being fitted by the factory
However, there are many wonderful engineering solution son the car that put humdrum cars to shame- such as easy replacement of headlight bulbs, and an aid to changing wheels in the absence of wheel studs.

lol, that's the only thing that annoys me about the 430, also when you really NEED the horn all you end up doing is slapping the wee horsey silly in the middle of the steering wheel because instinctually the horn is always in the middle of the wheel, what were you thinking Ferrari
John.

I had them fitted on my 430 because the factory version was pathetic, as in it literally couldn't be heard once the exhaust valves had opened.
If, as your comment implies, your horn sounds weedy, then it's been altered, because 355s came with factory fitted airhorns.
