Peeps,

This of any interest to anyone? Seems like it could be a cracking day out smile

It's basically a new F1 professional simulator facility just opened near Gatwick airport. If you think you could drive an F1 car, check it out smile
http://www.puretechracing.com

We sponsor it - so suffice to say I'm looking into what offers or discounts we might be able to get for us thumbup

Idea of cost and I'm probably in, but if for example it's going to cost more than a track day, I think I know where I'd rather spend my money!

Some prices on site Ben, appears to be £35 for a "Race Experience Session", if Kinks can get us a bit off that then great but doesn't sound bad at all anyway.

I think it's £35 for the 2 hour session, which includes qualifying and a race. I'm not sure how long the qualifying and racing is for - but suffice to say I'll find out.

The only downer is that it takes 10 at a time - unless we block-book 2 or 3 consecutive sessions - which means we'd all arrive and leave at staggered times (taking note that although there is a cafe and bar, etc, etc, they don't serve alcohol.

Anyway - I'll get the facts, and we can take it from there, if we think it's a goer.
