Yes it's late and your not wrong that is a very tasty looking machine if it was me personally I would prefer it with slightly lower milage only from a resale point of view but the advantage to you maybe that it will have had any niggles ironed out now go to sleep and when you get up see if you feel the same way tommorrow am having the same problem with Ferrari, lambo or atom decisions decisions biggrin

Such a cool, understated colour. I used to live in the South of France years ago (which is where I fell in love with the 355) and that was where you would tend to see the more unusual colours. If Ferrari reproduced these with a spot of new technology, surely there'd be a huge waiting list. I think you should answer that calling...

Just read your post - am in agreement. It's disappointing that the Evora hasn't sparked more interest, but the V6 just doesn't get ones juices flowing! I looked at PS Autoart concept and really liked it, but for me, personally, would have to be an indulgence among a collection (one day!). Re Ferrari technology in a £50-70k car, it made think of the Alfa 8C which I watched flying around Dunsfold Aerodrome at the weekend. A truly beautiful car, but surely Alfa missed a trick here - a perhaps less-tuned, 350bhp car with similar styling could have appealed to the 911/M3 crowd who are perhaps a little bored of what's on offer (one reason why I went for the F355 just recently).

Yep same here, the main thing putting me off is that it would quickly go over 50k miles in my ownership and I'm worried that this is the benchmark for having to price it quite a bit lower come re-sale time.

It is stunning though....

I always said I'd buy a leggy 355, stick a ton of miles on it and sell it equally cheap, if I ever needed to.

I bought one with 17k on the clock frown.

leggy? I prefer experienced!

She looks good value and even better today - thanks for all the "help" - Have cleared the diary tomorrow to pop down!

Missus caught me checking her out and said "yeah, if you want it go for it" - What's she up to? I hope she hasn't worked out me buying a motor WITH her permission is NO fun... Oh no!

I reckon I'd need about a month to get that past 50k.

Less if I didn't require comfort breaks.

Hell, it's so pretty I'd dump the mrs and hug the fezza instead cloud9

I think this is my old car. If it has a slight discolouration to the n/s seat squab, it is. Car was a cracker (it was my third 355 at the time, the leggiest, and the best for that) I've always liked the less obvious colours and recently bought a 355 GTS in Verde Silverstone (v dark metallic green which also looks grey/black depending on the light). Again high mileage at 59k, FSH, superb mechanically and drives as a good 355 should!

I saw the car this afternoon in the paddock at Brands. It looked great in the flesh, and very good condition all round. It was getting a lot of admiring looks, and considering the machinery all around the paddock(historic F1 race day), that is quite a feat !!
