When I had a largish share portfolio I was forever getting calls from the Boiler House scammers based abroad....Spain or Dubai etc....always trying to scam me of my hard earned...it gave me a huge amount of pleasure making them believe that is was up for buying their wortless s
te and getting them to call me back and then not answereing the phone or giving them the further run around or sometimes on a bad day really letting rip with the most foul language that I could summon....joy...sheer joy......now that I have nearly sold all my shares.....before the ste it the fan I might add....I no longer gets these calls...bit of a shame really.
With any cold calling to do with shares at some stage I will always ask where their company is based...usually after I have had my fun with them and more than a few times the person on the other end has got quite arsey with me saying that they are quite legitimate although based outside the control of the FSA.....yeah...sure.
It would not suprise me that they are a few posters here on PH that are involved in such dealing as I know in the past we have had various....er....dodgey folk post here....some with extraorinary "garages"...so if any of you scumbags get to read this.....go and die....painfully.....
