Hope it's not a repost (well it sort of is, as I just posted a link on this thread) but I thought it worth sharing.

Long story short is it's a 20 minute long (or thereabouts) documentary about an american film crew getting into North Korea, it's all a bit mental as you'd expect.

Good call. Very interesting and yes quite disturbing. Its like discovering a living dangerous dinosaur.

Thanks for posting that. Very interesting and must be so hard for the people to give this false happiness all the time.

Very intriguing video. Didn't realise you could get a working VISA. I thought the best chance of going there was a touring VISA from South Korea and then being stuck with a guide for a few days.

This is a good blog of travelling by train (very difficult) to/through North Korea.

I guess the foreigner hotel rooms are mostly filled with African arms dealers and Chinese diplomats ?
