Mine's a big valve pre cat, so no emissions testing was done

Interestingly, they did say that even some later cat equipped cars were exempt as there were no output figures on the system...

I had the MOT done on my 500 yesterday as well. The tester said mine was exempt the cat test even thought its a 94 M, something to do with the engine code, it didn't come up on his computer and he checked a book to verify it, happy days. Saying that I know him well so we checked it out of interest and it passed no probs.

Mine sailed through yesterday with an advisory on the wipers, intermittent fault. He operated them with the bonnet raised and they jammed up
