Daft question about tyre pressures

Hi folks

I have a quick question about tyre pressures. I recently acquired an off road spec Disco for green laning and pay n play sites, and I could probably do with doing some of the routine maintenance at the weekend. It has Insa sahara off road tyres, they are (i think) 235/75/16. How much pressure should I put in them> I put 32 in my hack, but i've never had bigger tyres and don;t know the relative merits of different pressures for off road use.

28 front 35 rear and drop them to 18 all round off-road.

28 will be too low for insa's go with 34F and 36R

28 will make it steer like a blancmange.
