New clutch advice

Seems like my clutch has finally gone after 26,000 miles.
No fluid loss just very hard to engage all gears, plus theres a clunking noise when I re-engage the clutch.
Been looking on TVR Powers site they have 2 AP clutch's standard and uprated.
Anyone know the difference between the two and is it worth the extra ££££ for the uprated one.
Planning on fitting raceproves uprated slave cylinder and lightweight flywheel at the same time.
