Inter Milan Vs Bayern Munich

Personally i think its inter's all the way especially after barca... bayern have been rock solid too but jose's going to be taking this one home.

I think Inter will take it too.

Jose has got to be one of the best managers ever.

Imagine if he wins it with Real next season?

Can't really see it going any other way than Inter tonight, should be a cracking final though!

Great day for the neutrals. No Ribery so, Inter 1-0.

Just hope it is as good as the Blackpool versus Cardiff match!

Who chooses the stadium? Would seem quite an unfair advantage if Real Madrid got in the final.

GF out for the night, box of bottles in the fridge, large pizza ready for the oven.

Still a bit weird it being on a saturday rather than a Wednesday.

i think its rotated around amongst the biggest stadia in europe and if they did get to the final then so be it i think is the answer. another reason why barca wanted to get thru - the chance to win it at their great enemies stadia

How many other managers have won it twice or more with different teams?

They're afraid that the pitch will be simply too good for a simple game like the European Cup final!

Stadiums are chosen at least a couple of years in advance & I think FAs apply (in a manner of speaking). UEFA try (or at least look like they're trying) to rotate things around, with an obvious bias towards the larger leagues & minimum requirements on capacity etc. Means the DW just misses out when the pitch & size are combinedbiggrin

IIRC the final is at the NW London allotments next year (or if not, the year after).

As for the game now, please God don't let Inter win. It's like watching Bolton but with better players. Winning football it may be, but I'm seriously considering watching the Chokers Vs Reggae Boys instead. Bored, bored, bored!

i think he'll be hte first to do the hat-trick

though i dislike jose for announcing his future straight after the final - not even giving the fans the chance to just focus on the win. he did the same to porto and now to inter - y not announce it in a few days time?
