Seem to have lost about a minute a year... frown

I'm sure with some interval training you'll improve pretty quickly - think back to when you first started and what a shock to the system it was and remember how great it felt to drop minutes off your times!

lol.... bar end shifters on the way! Not as flexible as I was and downtube shifts of the tribars were worrying!

Hey thats nothing, did my first 10 mile TT after a break of 36 years,
was 7 minutes slower than my best teen time 26-10secs, but now got the bug, but not sure
a skin suit suits a mid 50,s guy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!, then again if the girls like it.
