Hello All!
I have been a silent reader for a long time, time for my contribution.
Well after quite a bit of time/graft i have finally finished my car and i will be flying PistonHeads colours on my way to Le Mans this year.
See you in France?!

1. Taken 3 years ago when bought
2. Engine rebuild 50 miles later...!
3. Fully rebuilt with a large amount of work missed out... MOT next week!
4. Same as above
5. Jager dedcals for Le Mans?

Got loads of pics of the rebuild... it might take a while but i will sort the images into a timeline at some point now that i've finished. It is a sorry story of scraping, sanding, welding and a hell of a lot painting.
X plate is an interesting one. This car was first imported to the UK from Germany in 1982 and at that time imports, no matter how old, were given the current plate of the time! Still rolling tax free which is nice!

We have many classics stashed away at home, some 30 cars in total. My dad is an avid collector. I think we are up to 7 Moggys now! Mostly a mix of split and non-split convertibles ready for restoration at some point.
