aother one - what sentence for this offence ?
Discussion
No way these scum should ever be free again. Death or the rest of their lives in prison.
I don't understand how anyone can not see this. The younger two are 20 now, they will still be under 30 when they get out and they will do something similar again. Not possibly, not might, but will.
Going back to the 3 strikes discussion the other day, I notice the ring leader was 31 and had "a string of convictions for violent crime" going back to his teens. Again, why? Why is someone able to prove themselves a thug on more than 3 occasions and be free to do the same again.
As for these soppy allusions to what ethnic minority, background they may or may not have been

Gavin Gordon was black, and I'll hazard a guess Reon and Aaron were too. I'm not saying all blacks are criminals, but far too many criminals are black and you can't go around blaming racism and the slave trade forever. It's a two way street and if black people want to be treated as equals then they have to act like it.

Does "deterrent" play no part in sentencing nowadays?
