Out today, roof off (so aircon not relevant), the windscreen vents were pumping out toasty air which wasn't great. I'm sure they didn't used to do so (it seems so long since last summer!), maybe something isn't working as it should be in the flap area? I have the annual service/MOT coming up in the next 2 weeks and can have this looked at, but has anyone got a reminder on how to check the menus/flaps?

Thing is that it didn't used to do this, and the temperature adjuster seems to work as it goes from cool to warmer as I turn the knob from 'blue' to 'red' when the car is cold. Flap setting = 16 like it always has been. I'll try changing the setting.
Never mind, will mention it at service. Using the aircon helps a little but not completely with the roof panels off :-)

No Cadwell for me, I have an op scheduled for that day, so maybe later in the season. Besides it always rains when I go to Cadwell so you don't want me there
I am with G on this one, it is probually loose and not able to get the pressure. If you have ever opened the box's then you will see that it needs to be completly shut, the arm on the stepper motor has a allen key bolt on a round shaft. The position of the arm on the stepper motor will be totally different on every car so one may be 16 one may 42 for example. The flap has foam around the outside and the pressure needs to be there to be able to close if off.
I have not sealed my boxes and I am thinking about going next week so it is a shame you are not going next week or I could open it up and show
