Mercedes CLK 230 kompressor FAN PROBLEM.. PLZ HELP??

Hey guys i'v got a problem with my inside heating fan which I haven't got a clue about!!
Basically when I start the car the full comes on full blast and you can't adjust the speed level of turn it off.. It runs like this for around 15-20mins untill the car has warmed up and then goes off and u can adjust as normal??
I changed the blower regulator but wasn't the problem so im still stuck with this annoying problem!!
Please guys any info will be most helpfully cos the garages i'v taken it too are useless..??
