Accident

Someone has hit my car in my car park (private car park for my flats), a lot of paint missing off my bumper however not cracked. I know the car that has been it as there is a dark blue car covered with silver paint (exact colour) and a cracked bumper oh and is covered in primer dust. Went round to his and asked the question to a complete denail of the incident and firstly a denial of the incident and then that an accident had happened a long time ago (cant possibly or the dusk would have washed off). The cctv in my car park only shows cars entering and leaving the car park so not help there! Any advise? as I furious particulary before I am taking the car to le mans!

Put a hammer through his windscreen and then deny it happened later on.

I would imagine that if it appears as cut and dried as you say, the police might be interested to hear about it. Clearly, getting one of your neighbours nicked might not be the best move for improving relationships, but put it to him that you will have to go down this road in order to find out who it was as it's gonna cost you a fortune to fix - maybe appealing to his sense of guilt might get you further?

police didnt want to know, offered me to come to the station and fill a form in. He has now wiped all my silver paint off his car lol (i have photos). Sadly it is one of those situations that I know it was him but I cant quite prove it! Gutted but gonna make them move the cctv cameras to show my car before it is fixed and hoipe I can get it done before le mans!
