Couple of interesting points about the timesheets though, if you ignore the top two.

- Button 4th
- Coultard ahead of Kimi (although, this is usual in free practice.
- Look who are ocupying the bottom two places - is this really your recovery year Eddie

Glock's the test driver and Pantano is learning the circuit. Hiedfeld hasn't done badly in the other Jordan.

The suprising thing is Sauber, they "allegedly" have the same Ferrari engine as the main team yet are a lifetime away on pace. This may be down to the superior driving and car design, but if they do have the same engine......what an advantage the rest of the Ferrari package is over mere mortals.

Looking at best sector times though, if Fisichella put his best sectors together he would have been 5th (only slower than Ferraris in last sector). All does not become clear until qualifying.

I'm staying up as I have a bet with myself that Jim Rosey whatsit will say "G-Day" in an aussie accent within the first 60 seconds!!

I'm staying up for it too But I almost feel asleep through the qualifying because it was boring aswell as being tired.

THE NEW QUALIFYING FORMAT IS RUBBISH TV
