..as in.. what should the missing pipe connect to at the other end...

On my S1 there is no other pipe apart from the servo pipe coming from that fitting there is only a blanking cover on all the 4 small outlets as per your others.

I missed a similar pipe on mine but it is the 2.9. Is it the vacume pipe that supplies a vacume to your fuel pressure regulator? Purely a guess but you never know!

It is the vacuum pipe that connects to your fuel pressure regulator. Goes into the top next to the electrical connector. My photos are to big to post
