Sticky overload

There seems to be an ever increasing number of stickies, particularly in GG at the moment. Nearly half of the first page is now 'redundant'

Any chance of reorganising it, or at least rationalising what's on there?

Is it only me that never looks at or even notices stickies? It's because they're always there so I never even glance at them.

Maybe it would be a good idea to make the sticky icon red if it's a new one & maybe a different colour if a sticky has been changed or replied to.

Your brain gets used to them and automatically filters them out after a while, unless you are specifically looking for them. Even if we made the icon turn red and flash, you'd still filter them out pretty quickly.

They do work well for passing information to new members though, and for making sure things are easy to find.
