Stafford Event - August 1st, 2010

Hi,

I work in the fundraising office at The Donna Louise Children's Hospice in Stoke on Trent. We are curently supported by The Guildhall Shopping Centre in Stafford and they arrange events in The Market Square in the town to raise awareness and funds for us. On August 1st there will be a car themed event which we want to base on quality sports cars with a view to getting 30+ cars assembeled in the Square between 10am and 4pm. Paul Garlick gave me the ok to post this message. Can anybody help please?
