Things may be a little different over there, but that car has non of the usual M sport extras found on uk cars

Vroomer, The forign owner means he could afford to service it,big selling point and actally one reason I'm interested it says it has a full service history.
CushT, my question exactly can you tell me what are the extres on the M Sport? This car is probably a Japanes spec,so will be a little difffrent from a UK spec,

On uk cars the front & rear bumpers are M3 items, your car has standard ones. UK cars have plastic side skirts fitted & they have wider black side trims. The steering wheel has an M logo too.

I'm not 100% sure on this but I don't think any 4 door cars were Sport models over here.
The car you linked to looks like a standard 328i saloon with some after market seats & wheels fitted.
It looks very tidy from the pictures though.

Thanks, I am hoping to look at it the weekend, I agree it look tidy, maybe japanese spec, or maybe some one just likes the m Sport title as an add on and doesn't realise it means anything, but the bumper info is usfull may help me get a discount on the price.
I will probably be nice as cars here don't see salt and respray (good ones) are 300 pounds, 60k miles on a bmw 6 is nothing,
