cougar v6 to st200 engine swap and hoist borrow please

hi peps Ive been off the cat scene for sometime on other projects (running a pub).but now I'm back and my baby has been sitting on the drive for far to long now so Ive bought a ST200 lump with the keys and ecu to replace my blown up V6 with. but its been sometime since Ive changed a lump the last one being in my cossie back in 92 (oh how i miss that car) so i thought i best come to the people i no will be able to help.. what I'm looking for for is an idiots guide on what to do and what order to do it in so i don't make any silly mistakes so if anyone has a how to guide for the completely inept it would be very welcome .. thanks in advance also if anyone has an engine hoist i can borrow it will make life alot easyer Pitbull
