If/when you take your fancy watch(es) on your holidays do you take out specific insurance for them? Just noticed my cheapo annual policy only covers possessions up to £1,500. iPhone and camera would be more than that let alone a watch or two.

I don't take my good watches on holiday, that's what the Monster is for, however I would definitely get it on the house insurance as a named item with a limit like that.

I have mine covered on the home insurance, as listed items, covered home and abroad. Check your contents insurer to find out how much they would charge for cover on specific items while on holiday.
