I got mine from Mod Wise www.mod-wise.com The firm is run by a top chap called David Beer. I don't know if the TVR gear product is David's amp in a new box or otherwise, but the mod wise amp is top class, it cured my rubbish reception.
I don't know which tiv you have, but if you have a chim I did abit of a fitting guide on how to install the aerial amp:

I fitted one to my Tuscan and it is improved greatly - and Mod Wise sent me the product on a trial basis, basically I fitted it then decided if I wanted to pay or send it back - cant say fairer than that!!
It was easy enough to fit as well, just getting to the back of the radio was a pain

Thanks for the help MOD, fitting looks bit fiddly but gotta give it a go & yes it's for a 98 chim.
Its not too bad really. If you are hesitant about getting the amp lead to the radio, you can always install the kit and take the car to a radio specialist and let them fit the lead under the dash and onwards to the radio....thats what I did (was having new radio fitted anyway).
Thanks
Martyn.
I fitted one to my 1998 Chim.
Its fairly straightforward - only 'cheat' was routing cable for wheel arch under passenger seat (rather than under carpet at this stage) which makes things a lot easier.
Took under an hour.
Gave me enough confidence to wire in a CD changer the following weekend!
It has improved radio reception to a point where it is just good enough, but its hardly great.
