hardest TVR part to source?

I'm after the small piece of rubber that squeezes between the wiper-wash pipes, and the pipes running under the bonnet.. the ones that site flush against the black mesh (Griffith)

Where oh where can I get these ? (apart from dealer, naturally)

One of these has broken on my car, just where it goes into the mesh bit. I have been told its a 'dashboard out' job to fix it!
