Why is it that the papers love to point out a persons internet habits whenever a nutter is caught? When Barry Bulsara (wrongly convicted of Jill Dandos murder) was 'caught' the papers delighted in labelling him an "internet freak"...now this guy in Bradford who is alleged to have murdered 3 prostitutes (bad) is supposed to spend time on the internet "...sometimes surfing the web until well into the early hours..." (even worse).

Jesus...is spending time on the internet is some sort of indicator of your likelihood of being some sort of hideous criminal then a lot of people on PH should be worried...

When any youngsters commit murder the papers always say "spent hours locked in his room playing violent games" confused
Yes, and?

Slightly o/t
What I dont get is papers always put the price of a house, whatever the story, and the age if the person on the story. Why?

Meh.

It's probably because you can't just be mental now, you have to either surf the net or play COD on xbox.

It's almost like no one was ever murdered before the Internet came along.

And stop reading the mail, it's wk.

Because the mail is for moronic middle class parents who are unable to make their own opinion about anything in life and still link computer use to back in the 1980s when only "geeks" used them, ie people with enough brain cells to remember how to use them.

When the reality these days is almost every person under the age of 30 spends a vast majority of their free time on the internet, the majority of older people seem too mentally deficient to use a computer without "the computer" doing something wrong (not including PHers, they've obviously embraced the technological revolution smile

I guess he's only getting a 3rd then, at a push, at least he's had a crack at it.

That article is beyond sensationalism. It's just random speculation jumbled together to make up a story.
