Ensuring Alarm Doesn't Go Off...

I need to leave my Cerb for a week parked by my flat, whilst I won't be there. It's a very quiet block, and if my alarm kept going off whilst I was away I'd be strung up! What's the best way to ensure this doesn't happen...leave car locked/alarmed with interior sensor off, leave car unlocked/unalarmed (will be garaged), disconnect the siren somehow?

Why would it go off is it broken

I guess you could just leave it unlocked if your that worried.

The alarm won't go off unless someone breaks into the car, so just lock it in the normal way. As an added precaution use the 'never ever touch this' silver key in the cubby hole, turn it 1/2 a turn and take it out.

I left it unlocked in the end, it's in a very secure block of flats and then in a locked garage. I'm sure it would have been fine, it's just that I only got the car today so wouldn't be aware if the alarm did tend to go off!
