Recommend me a camera!

As the title says!

Now sorry to be boring, but all I am after really is a digital camera suitable to take decent enough pics and also be able to film short clear-ish videos of any antics, hoons, tunnel runs I may end up doing!

I know theres a lot of 10/12Mp (or more??) cameras knocking about now for pretty cheap, but thought I'd ask the more knowledgeable before just purchasing one on a whim.

So.. all I want really is:

10/12 + MP - Good enough for taking clear photos for personal use.
Rechargeable Battery - don't want to be throwing batteries at it every 5 minutes!
Video function with sound and decent clarity for throwing the odd experience on youtube.

Budget up to £200

My choice would be panasonic lumix TZ6 / TZ7 / TZ8. All three are very similar, with subtle differences, like movie quality etc. my choice would be the TZ8, its 12mp (instead of the others that are 10, not that this make much real world difference) and has more manual control. However it think the others have amore advanced movie function.

They can all be had for under £200 (just), i think pixmania has them quite cheap.

I have the TZ7 and it's brilliant, I haven't used the SLR Nikon for ages as it so good.
Video is HD too and is quite good.
