I keep seeing this comment, often made in response to an OP expressing some displeasure following an incident or perceived slight etc.

Obviously this relates to an earlier topic or post, but I missed it. Therefore I feel that I am missing out!

Anyone be able to point me in the right direction please? There's a virtual pint/glass of rioja/brandy in it for you...
