Morning

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to find out who a car belongs to from its number plate? Many thanks

Yep, follow them home and note their address down. You might as well kill them while you're there to save a return journey.

It is, if you have a good enough reason to request it from the DVLA.

The DVLA have the Registered Keeper's details. RK not always the owner.

True, but it's the closest you'll get.

Unless you wanted to find the finance company, then HPI should show.

If it was a private arrangement, then going through the RK would be the only way forward.
