Best business bank account for USD deposits

I'm getting a lot of cheques and wire transfers in from US based businesses and paying them into my account is taking a bit of a hit with wire fees and currency fees. It's not huge amounts but it sure does add up over the year...

If there's a way to minimise it then I'd be a very happy man.
