My company is about to get very busy as, thanks to perpetual client delays, what should have been 3 perfectly scheduled large projects one after each other are suddenly all about to get the green light at the same time and so I need to find some extra resource sharpish.

Ideally I would like to find someone reasonably local (within 10 miles or so) so I can easy have regular contact in-person to begin with. Although many of my regular contractors work remotely so I know it's not the be all and end all.
