Can't recall the weights, but I think it's less than you might think. Some guys in the US use the LQ for big builds that'll be running lots of boost or nitrous (400 shots).

I'd guess its maybe twice the weight or so. Although that's only 40-50kg on its own.

Cant see too many reasons to want to use iron though.
