How do I bring my tick over down?
Ticking over at 11500rpm at mo and am thinking 8-900 would be better

yes they do but possibly ment tick over at 1150rpm... is that better......

On the drivers side, locate the throttle linkage. Operate the throttle linkage thingy by hand and you'll see a stop screw underneath it. IIRC it's an M6 nut which you loosen off (it's the lock nut)and from underneath you will screw out the throttle stop do decrease the revs, then tighten the lock nut back up when it's right.

id take it back and ask them to adjust!

yes was just serviced. and going up there later in the week anyway. just sometimes easer to do yourself
