What video camera for £100-200?

Friend of mine is after a video camera, New baby and all that.

He's not aiming for the palm d'or, Just something simple and robust (his clumsyness is legendary)

Budget £100-200.

Any idea's?

Kodak Zi8. I think I got mine from Amazon for around £118. VERY easy to use, also does HD and simple to display the recordings onto a screen via the supplied HDMI cable or onto a PC via the built-in USB plug.

Have a look at the Flip camcorders -

They get impressive reviews and aren't as bulky as many others.
