Well, is it just me?

Was I the only one who lost interest during the race because the result was a foregone
conclusion within a few laps, and that man's drivel was driving me mad !

The race ended up turned right down and just on in the background while I worked on my computer.

Maybe I'm a GOM. Maybe I'm intolerant, I don't know.

But Mr Allen might be a reason for me not bothering this season - unless I turn the sound off and put radio 5 on over the top.

totally agree - James Allen is useless - Why Ben Edwards never got the job - I'd never know.

Perry Mcarthy, John Watson and Ben were the best commentary team ever !

I've whinged before about this. I think the man represents ITV's coverage perfectly. Martin Brundle has the most incredible patience!

DING!

can't stand most of the ITV 'crew'

Brundle should get a medal for putting up with them

Agree 100% about John Watson and Ben Edwards

personally, can't stand any of them except M Brundle.

Only one who seems to know anything.

Also that little prat on Top Gear presenting Crufts- He knows more about dogs that any car he's talked about. Keep him away from Top Gear

Oh I don't know, he drives an old 911 for one, not a big heavy Merc!

Edited to say: Don't let Lois hear you slagging off Little Dick.

Was it just me, or does Brundle seem to have grown some breasts?

Not sure about that, I haven't seen him this season yet. However, he does wind me up when he gives an unbiased opinion of DC during the race, nothing to do with the fact he is his manager and takes a cut of his fees then .

Harry

PS IMHO etc

You can bet that Murray Walker watches the races from the comfort of his chair at home.

I think they should install a microphone in his room and use that instead of James Allen, because you just know he's commentating on the race.

Murray - "Look at that.....it's Massa..!!!!!"

Mrs Walker - "No dear, it's Fisichella"

Murray - "He's...he's......he's....past....WOWEEEE what a move"

Mrs Walker - "That's nice dear, would you like a cup of tea?"
