Private Plates - Admin Costs

Seen a plate for sale, listing says "buyer to pay all costs". What sort of costs are incurred transfering it to my car? What costs will I have from then on etc?

£80 transfer fee plus a set of plates if it is a normal plate transfer.

Plus the £25 to add your name to the reg doc.

Is it on a retention cert? if so then it may just be the £25 assignment fee and another £25 for a new set of plates
